BACKGROUND
Robert M. Berger was born in Los Angeles, California and was raised in the San Fernando Valley. He graduated from California State University Northridge in 1988 with a B.A. in Political Science. He went to law school at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and received his J.D. in 1991. Mr. Berger practiced for 4 years before becoming a principal at Kivo, Berger & Nelson, LLP specializing in estate planning, probate, and business and construction related matters. Mr. Berger then joined the boutique firm of Glass & Goldberg, APC representing some of the largest lenders in the world including G.E. Commercial Capital, PNC Bank, National City Commercial Capital, and Wells Fargo Bank. Mr. Berger founded Law Offices of Robert M. Berger in 2013 to better serve his clients. PRACTICE
Mr. Berger's practice includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate, business and commercial matters, and general civil litigation. Mr. Berger has successfully represented clients before both state and federal courts.
